SMS location coverage?

Our SMS service provide location coverage up to India, USA, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and New Zealand.

Will my SMS credit expire?

No. Your credit will never expire.

What is the cost to send SMS oversea?

Oversea SMS sending cost is 4 credits / SMS.

Will all my SMS 100% send out?

We do not guarantee 100% of the SMS sent for the following scenario:

✓ If the phones number given is an invalid number.
(Your credit will be deducted. The AIRTEL company will charge and will not be responsible for any failure due to an invalid number.)

✓ If the phone is switched off.
(Our system will attempt to send the message 3 times. If the message cannot be successfully sent out, 1 credit will be deducted from your account.)

How many characters can I send in a single SMS?

The default characters allowed for one SMS is 160 characters for Latin alphabets while 70 characters is for CHINESE. You can still send unlimited characters. However, multiple credits will be charged based on your total characters.

Can the remaining credits be refunded if I terminate my SMS account?

We do not refund the remainder of your credit, as there is no expiry date. This stands for bulk SMS services, SMS blast services and so on.
